Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

The Board of Synergia Energy Limited (Synergia or the Company) announces the
appointment of Stacey Britza as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Stacey has been actively involved in the Company's activites for 18 years as
Executive Assistant and Assistant Company Secretary. Consequently, Stacey
brings valuable experience of the Company's activities and continuity.

 

Roland Wessel, Chief Executive Officer said:

"Stacey has been a valued employee of the Company for many years and her
career has included Cairn Energy prior to her involvement with Oilex and
Synergia. I look forward to Stacey's elevated involvement in the management of
the Company."
