Updates with details throughout

May 14 (Reuters) - New Zealand's Synlait Milk SML.NZ said on Thursday its chief executive officer, Richard Wyeth, has resigned after just over a year in the role, marking the second CEO exit at the company in under two years.
Synlait also announced that board director Leon Fung would step in as acting CEO with immediate effect.
Fung, who joined the board as a non-independent director in June 2024, has more than two decades of experience across dairy and nutrition companies, including roles at Danone, Tetra Pak and Yashili New Zealand.
Synlait said the outgoing CEO would remain with the company until June 30, to support the transition.
