NZ's Synlait Milk to raise $133 million
Aug 20 (Reuters) - New Zealand's dairy processor Synlait
Milk SML.NZ said on Tuesday it has agreed to terms with two of
its biggest shareholders to raise NZ$217.8 million ($133.29
million).
The firm also said it was in the final stages of refinancing
its bank facilities.
($1 = 1.6340 New Zealand dollars)
