2022 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Copies of the Synthomer plc (the "Company"):

·    annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022;

·    notice of 2023 annual general meeting (which will be held on 16 May
2023 at 11.00 am); and

·    associated proxy form,

have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority for publication through
the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, where
they will shortly be available for inspection
