Synthomer plc (the "Company")

Listing Application

 

Application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for
admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the Main Market of the
London Stock Exchange for 19 (nineteen) new ordinary shares of 10p each (the
"Ordinary Shares") in the Company. It is expected that admission will become
effective on 25 September 2023.

 

The 19 (nineteen) new Ordinary Shares have been allotted and issued solely to
facilitate the share consolidation that forms part of the proposed capital
reorganisation announced by the Company on 7 September 2023.   They have
been issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all effects
with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
