Directorate change

 

Synthomer plc ('Synthomer' or the 'Company') announces that independent
Non-Executive Director Roberto Gualdoni has informed the Company that,
following a review of his other time commitments, he will stand down from the
Synthomer Board in December 2025. Roberto was appointed to the Board in July
2021.

 

Synthomer has recently carried out a review of the Board's composition as part
of its long-term succession planning following which Synthomer appointed two
new independent Non-executive Directors, Janet Ashdown and Jonathan Silver,
with effect from 1 July 2025, as previously announced.

 

Peter Hill, Chair of Synthomer, commented:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Roberto for his valuable
contribution to Synthomer during his tenure, and we wish him well in his
future endeavours."

 

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 6.4.6R of the UK
