Directorate changes

 

Synthomer plc ('Synthomer' or the 'Company') today announces a number of
changes to the Board. As previously announced, Ian Tyler and Roberto Gualdoni
have now stepped down as independent Non-Executive Directors from the
Synthomer Board as planned. Independent Non-Executive Director Janet Ashdown
succeeds Ian as Senior Independent Director, and Independent Non-Executive
Director Jonathan Silver, who has recent and relevant financial experience for
the purposes of the UK Corporate Governance Code, succeeds Ian as Chair of the
Audit Committee.

 

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 6.4.6R of the UK
Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
