Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

 

Synthomer plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published the notice
of its 2026 annual general meeting ("AGM") on its website at www.synthomer.com
(http://www.synthomer.com) .

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 am on 22 June 2026.

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the following documents
are being submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at:
