Correction - The "PDMR PCA Notification" dated 10 October 2023 at Section 4(b)
of the relevant PDMR PCA form referenced a sale of nil paid rights under the
rights issue announced on 7 September 2023, by CairnSea Investments (PCA to
the Hon Alexander Catto (PDMR)), to facilitate tail swallowing. The
