Refinancing

 

Further to the announcement of 31 January 2023, Synthomer plc is pleased to
announce that it has signed a new $480m committed revolving credit facility
maturing 31 May 2025. Synthomer will update the market further when it reports
Full Year 2022 results on Tuesday 28 March 2023.
