** Shares of Syrah Resources  SYR.AX  fall as much as 7.9%
to A$0.173, their lowest levels since March 23, 2020
    ** The graphite producer has signed a petition alongside
several North American graphite co to the U.S. government to
investigate dumping of Chinese graphite into the United States
at unfair and unsustainable prices
    ** Co seeks an investigation into Chinese exports of natural
and synthetic graphite active anode material used in lithium-ion
batteries
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage fall since
Dec 13 
    ** Stock has fallen 71.6% this year, as of last close
