Board Change

Further to yesterday's announcement by Brave Bison Group plc disclosing the
sale of John Kearon's 23.01% shareholding in the Company to Brave Bison Group
plc, System1 today confirms that John Kearon has ceased to be a director of
the Company with immediate effect.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of article 7 of
the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as amended by regulation 11 of the
Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/310. With the publication
