Capital Markets Day

 

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a
Capital Markets Day via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 22
October 2025 at 3pm BST.

 

This virtual event will be an opportunity for investors to learn more about
the Company's plans for Test Your Innovation and Test your Ad, including the
Company's AI strategy in relation to these product areas. The event will begin
with a review of H1 trading.

 

Speakers will include James Gregory (Chief Executive Officer), Chris Willford
(CFO), Jon Evans (Chief Customer Officer) Rebecca Hatherall (Chief Strategy
and Operations Officer) and Tristan Findlay (Managing Director Innovation).

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
21 Oct 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
