System1 announces that on 4 June 2018, it received notification that Graham Blashill, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 302.85p per share. As a result of this transaction, Graham now holds 10,000, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
