Director / PDMR Shareholding
 
System1 announces that on 20 September 2018 there were the following Director and PDMR dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares").
 
James Geddes, CFO and Executive Director of the Company, purchased 14,285 Shares (in his SIPP), and Stefan Barden, PDMR, purchased 95,238 Shares, both at 210 pence per share.  As a result of these transactions, James now holds 263,178 Shares (including Shares held in his SIPP), representing 2.1% of the Company's voting share capital, and Stefan holds 95,238 Shares, representing 0.8% of the Company's voting share capital.
 
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
