Director / PDMR Shareholding
 
System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has been informed that, on 26th  November 2020, Stefan Barden, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect seven "Bed and ISA" transactions, gifted 39,423 Ordinary Shares to his siblings  at a price of £1.55 per Ordinary Share. In addition, he gifted 13,141 Ordinary Shares to his spouse, and 13,141 to each of his two dependent children, each of whom are persons closely associated to him, and transferred 13,141 to his own ISA. Following the above gifts of Ordinary Shares, his ultimate beneficial ownership is reduced by 39,423 and is now 784,639 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 6.20% of the Company's total voting rights.
