Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on
22 October  2024 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by
one of its Directors ("Shares").

 

Conrad Bona, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,305 Shares at
a price of £6.289. Following the purchase, Conrad Bona now holds 28,712
Shares, representing  0.226% of the Company's total voting rights.
