Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on
8(th) August 2025 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by
one of its Directors ("Shares").

 

John Kearon, Founder and President of the Company, purchased 101,558 Shares at
a price of £4.32. Following the purchase, John Kearon now holds 2,919,793
Shares, representing  23.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
