    * Says it will distribute 97,500 shares of its treasury 
common 
stock at 770 yen per share, and raise 75.1 million yen in total, 
through private placement to Nagawa Co Ltd  9663.T  and 
MichinokuBank Co Ltd 
    * Payment date on Feb. 1 
    * The proceeds will be used for system update and stores 
refurbishment of units
