May 9(Reuters) - Taisol Electronics Co Ltd  3338.TW  
    
    * Says it plans to issue 16.7 million shares of its common
stock,
with par value of T$10 per share and tentative issue price at
T$18 per share
    * 15 percent of the new shares to be offered to the
company's
employees, 10 percent of the new shares to be offered through
public offering and remaining 75 percent to be offered to the
existing shareholders
    * Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital
