Australian tech stocks track Wall Street hits record high

** Australian technology sub-index  .AXIJ  jumps as much as
1.4% to hit a record high of 3,673.8 points 
    ** Sub-index tracks overnight gains on Wall Street following
Federal Reserve's 50-basis-points rate cut  .N  
    ** ASX-listed shares of Block Inc  SQ2.AX  gain as much as
0.7% to A$101.85, their highest level since Aug 2
    ** SHares of accounting services provider Xero  XRO.AX  add
as much as 2% to A$152.41, their highest level since Nov 8, 2021
    ** Sub-index has gained 46% YTD as at 0150 GMT,
outperforming the benchmark ASX200  .AXJO  index, which is up
8.4%
