** Semiconductor packaging co Amkor Technology's AMKR.O shares rise 8.6% to $93.91 
** Co enters into a 10-year partnership with world's largest contract chipmaker TSMC 2330.TW to enhance advanced semiconductor packaging capabilities in the U.S. 
** The partnership helps TSMC acquire AMKR's chip packaging and testing services
** Including session's move, AMKR more than doubled in value YTD
