Source text - GVK has denied a story which appeared in a section
of the media today that it was in talks to divest it’s stake in
TAJGVK. A GVK spokesperson said that, “We would like to
categorically deny any such move and the report on GVK selling
the controlling stake in TAJGVK is completely baseless,
fabricated, unfounded and also factually incorrect. Further,
GVKPIL has no stake in the hospitality business”.
