 * Says "if the people's court approves the retrial application, the case will be remitted for retrial" 
 * Pursuant to relevant prc law, vendor may appeal to higher people's court of Guangdong province for retrial within 6 months from obtaining judgment 
 * Talent property group ltd  0760.hk  "company has decided not to appeal for a retrial for the time being" 
 * The company reserves the right to issue a notice of appeal should there be any change in circumstances"
