Australia's Talga Group hits over 2-week high on partnership with Chile's SQM

** Shares of Talga Group  TLG.AX  rise as much as 10.5% to
A$0.630, their highest level since June 4 
    ** The battery materials firm enters binding earn-in
agreement with Chile's Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile SA
 SQMA.SN  (SQM)
    ** Says agreement to fund exploration of co's Aero lithium
project in Sweden
    ** Under deal, co grants SQM to earn up to a 70% interest in
project for providing $19 mln in project expenditures
    ** About 1.1 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of more than 702,000 shares 
    ** Stock down 27.4% YTD, as of last close
