A$0.435, their biggest intraday pct gain since mid-June
    ** Battery materials developer says co granted graphite
exploitation concession for 25 years by the Mining Inspectorate
of Sweden for Nunasvaara South mine
    ** Says concession is a key step in production of the
critical mineral in the EU
    ** Stock hits highest level since Sept. 16
    ** More than 2 mln shares change hands vs 30-day avg volume
of 1.1 mln shares
    ** Talga down 46.5% YTD as of 0444 GMT
