Australia's Talga surges on offtake agreement for graphite supply

** Talga Group TLG.AX rises as much as 10.3% to A$0.48; marks largest intraday pct jump since April 10

** Specialty miner signs binding offtake agreement with UK-based private firm Nyobolt to supply battery product Talnode-C from its Vittangi project in Sweden

** Co will sell ~3,000 tonnes of Talnode-C at an unknown fixed price for initial term of four years starting from May 13

** More than 793,000 shares traded, 2.4x the 30-day avg

** TLG last up 5.6%, taking YTD gains to 5.7%
