    ** Stock posts its highest level since Feb. 23
    ** Home construction and designing co declares fully franked
interim dividend of 11 AU cents per share for the period
ending Dec. 2023
    ** About 13,612 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 3,868 shares
    ** Stock up 6.2% so far this year, as of last close
