Brief: Tamura to set up new plant in Thailand

    * Says it plans to increase voting power in ESE 
INDUSTRIESTHAICO.,LTD to 84.5 percent from 0 percent, through 
shares acquisition for 37 million baht (122 million yen) and 
investment of 216.6 million baht (714 million yen) in ESE 
INDUSTRIESSPTE.LTD.  
    * Says it plans to set up a new plant in Thailand and the 
first 
phase of the plant construction will be completed in October 
2018 and the second phase of the plant construction will be 
completed in 2021
