** Shares of Perth-based firm My Foodie Box  MBX.AX  soar as
much as 44% to A$0.036, on track for their biggest daily pct
gain since listing in Jan. 7 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since Dec. 12 
    ** MBX, which sources and home-delivers local ingredients,
says active subscribers in November reached a record high of
4,230
    ** Says MBX database grows 126% to about 66,000
registrations as of Nov. 30 
    ** MBX down 90% this year, as of last close, vs a 5.7%
decrease in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
