Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

January 10, 2024, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE
American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its
Executives, Bryce Hamming, has acquired a total of 26,000 common shares of the
Company.  The shares were acquired through the exercise of stock options that
were due to expire on January 10, 2024.
