Sub: Cancellation of listing of Global Depository Receipts of Tata Consumer
Products Limited from the Official List

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We are writing to inform you that, as per the Termination Notice dated May 9,
2023, issued by Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas ("Deutsche"), acting as
the Depository, to the holders of Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") of the
Company, GDR program has been terminated. The termination became effective on
June 23, 2023, at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) (the "Termination Date").
Consequently, in accordance with LR5.2.8, we hereby submit an unconditional
request for the cancellation of the listing of the following securities from
the Official List, with the proposed removal effective date of July 25, 2023
at 8:00 am:

 GDS (EACH REPR 1 INR10) (REG S)  US8765692038

 

We kindly request your confirmation regarding the cancellation of the
aforementioned securities, effective from July 25, 2023, at 8:00 am.
