Sub: Name change of the Company to 'Tata Consumer Products Limited' from 'Tata Global Beverages Limited'.
 
Ref: Scheme of Arrangement amongst Tata Global Beverages Limited ("TGBL/Company") and Tata Chemicals Limited ("TCL") and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ("Scheme") relating to Consumer Products Business of TCL
 
Pursuant to above, this is to inform you that the name of the Company is changed from "Tata Global Beverages Limited" to "Tata Consumer Products Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation has been issued by the Office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal effective from February 10, 2020. 
 
Also, we would like to inform you that the email ID for the investors and the website of the Company has been changed to investor.relations@tataconsumer.com & www.tataconsumer.com respectively.
