Sub: Resignation of Senior Management Personnel of Tata Steel Limited

 

This is to inform that Mr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice President - Operations, Tata
Steel Kalinganagar has resigned from his position. The Board of Directors at
its meeting held today i.e.

March 12, 2025, has noted the resignation and the same is effective March 12,
2025.

 

The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of
Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed
herewith as Annexure A. The communication of resignation received from Mr.
Rajiv Kumar is enclosed as Annexure B.

 

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30, 51 and other
applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
