Delisting of Tatung Company GDRs from LSE
Tatung Company ("TATUNG" or the "Company"), announced to the market of the
London Stock Exchange via RNS, as earlier reported at

In addition and further to the announcement on February 11, 2022, we
provided supplementary notification that cancellation of the listing of the
Company's Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") on the London Stock Exchange
will be June 6, 2022.
The securities to which the cancellation of listing and trading will relate
are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN Code: US8766614064 for Reg S,
and US8766613074 for 144a).
