Tavistock is pleased to announce the appointment of Johanna Rager as a
director of the Company with immediate effect. Johanna joined Tavistock in
2019 and is the Group's Finance and Operations Director.

Prior to joining Tavistock, Johanna held senior management positions at Thermo
Fisher Scientific Inc. and Parexel International Ltd for over 20 years.

The following disclosures are made in accordance with the AIM Rules for

Johanna Martina Gabriela Rager-Badesha (formerly Johanna Martina Gabriela
Rager), aged 53, is or has been a director or partner of the following
