Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company"), the financial services group, announces that the Company's Chief Executive, Brian Raven, yesterday made a market purchase of 900,000 shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 2.8p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Raven is interested in 63,219,379 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he holds performance related options over an aggregate total of 11,600,000 shares with an exercise price of 5.25p per share.
