Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company"), the financial services group, has been informed today that Malcolm Harper, a significant shareholder and PDMR, yesterday purchased 5,400,000 shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 2.5p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Harper is interested in 26,400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 4.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
