Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company"), the financial services group, announces that the Company's Chief Executive, Brian Raven, has made market and off-market purchases of an aggregate total of 328,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 3.05p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Raven is interested in 63,855,712 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.89 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he holds performance related options over an aggregate total of 31,600,000 shares with exercise prices ranging from 5.25p per share to 6.5p per share.
