Tavistock announces that the Company's Chairman, Oliver Cooke, and its Chief Executive, Brian Raven, have today respectively purchased 328,500 and 437,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at prices of 4.36p and 4.47p per share respectively.
Following these transactions, Mr Cooke is interested in 30,367,756 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 5.00 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Raven is interested in 68,759,362 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
