Tavistock announces that the Company's Chairman, Oliver Cooke, has today
purchased 132,244 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at
a price of 7.97p.

Following this transaction, Mr Cooke is interested in 30,500,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each representing 5.46 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
