Tavistock announces that the Company's Chief Executive, Brian Raven, has today
purchased, in aggregate, 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of
the Company at an average price of 9.325p.

Following these transactions, Mr Raven is interested in 69,957,932 ordinary
shares of 1p each representing 12.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
