Tavistock announces that it has today been advised that the Company's Chief
Executive, Brian Raven, has purchased 830,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the capital of the Company at an average price of 3.55p.

Following this transaction, Mr Raven is interested in 71,642,932 ordinary
shares of 1p each representing 12.78 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
