Tavistock announces that it has today been advised that the Company's Chief
Executive, Brian Raven, has purchased 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the capital of the Company at a price of 3.71p.

Following this transaction, Mr Raven is interested in 74,131,932 ordinary
shares of 1p each representing 16.81 per cent. of the total voting rights of
the Company.
