Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or "Company") announces that it was notified on 27 November 2016 that Mr Steve Moseley, former business development director of Tavistock Wealth Limited, disposed of 3,600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 November 2016 at a price of 3p per share. As a result, Mr Moseley is now interested in 21,664,902 Ordinary Shares representing 5.47 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
