Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or "Company") announces that it was notified on 17 January 2017 that Mr Steve Moseley, former business development director of Tavistock Wealth Limited, disposed of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 January 2017 at a price of 3p per share. 
As a result, Mr Moseley no longer holds a disclosable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
