Notice of annual general meeting

Tavistock announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM")
at 11.00 am on Wednesday, 1 November 2023.

 

The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 1 Queen's Square, Ascot
Business Park, Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 9FE. A formal notice
convening the AGM, along with further copies of the Company's annual report
and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, has been sent to shareholders.
 A copy of the annual report, AGM notice and the form of Proxy, can be found

Shareholders wishing to vote on any of the matters of business are strongly
