The Company is pleased to confirm that all resolutions put to shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting, and subsequently at the General Meeting, were passed unanimously.
 
The Chairman was also pleased to report to shareholders that Tavistock Wealth's ACUMEN ESG Protection Portfolio had won the Innovation Award at the 2020 Moneyfacts Investment & Pension Awards, beating off competition from a number of much larger and more established industry players.
