Result of General Meeting

30 October 2024

 

Tavistock is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting, held earlier
today, both resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. The full text of
the resolutions was set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 2 October
2024. A summary of the votes cast is set out below.

 

A small number of shareholders voted against each resolution, but:

·    Resolution 1 was passed with 99.7% of shares voted in favour; and

·    Resolution 2 was passed with 99.6% of shares voted in favour.

 

The Board is pleased that over 65% of the issued share capital was represented
in the voting, so the outcome reflects a clear confirmation of the wishes of
the shareholders.

 

The Company is also pleased to report that Saltus has received approval from
the FCA in relation to its change in control application.

 

The Board anticipates that completion of the transaction will take place in
December 2024, at which time a further announcement will be made.
