* Says its wholly owned unit Tecnos Global Company of
America,Inc.
will acquire 95 percent stake in U.S.-based company Lirik,Inc,
which is mainly engaged in consulting, planning, design and
development of information system, for $3.3 million (369.2
million yen) in total
